LEVEL UP Youth Employment Services (Y.E.S) Program:

At Westcon-Comstor we pride ourselves as a Corporate Citizen by providing employment opportunities to previously disadvantaged unemployed youth within our industry, communities and country at large. Our LEVEL UP Program is aligned with government's direction on B-BBEE, designed with training initiatives that will contribute to the enhancement, upliftment and empowerment of the next generation leaders and ICT professionals. The ultimate objective of the Westcon-Comstor LEVEL UP Program Is to either employ participants after completion of the program or assist with finding them jobs In our customer and vendor eco-system.

Investments in Enterprise and Supplier Development creates opportunities

The Westcon-Comstor Enterprise and Supplier development programmes are geared to uplift small, medium and micro enterprises to make a sustainable impact on their lives and the people they employ. Small businesses in the services and ICT sector are negatively affected by a shortage of skills and entrepreneurship capacity which act as constraints to business development, employment and overall growth. Our structured learning and development programs are key components, with various initiatives running simultaneously, that contribute to the development of these businesses. Westcon-Comstor together with selected SMME partners have embarked on a journey where we develop the channel with focused training to fast-track their business. We assist SMME partners by providing a series of corporate services and training on financial management, go-to-market strategies, sales and vendor management to name but a few.
